Cancellations/refunds: heyurpsychic, Zamira Soza does not provide refunds for any virtual services, workshops, mentorships, courses, or parties/events scheduled. If you are in need of cancelling your appointment, you may reschedule. 

No-shows and late start time: You will receive a 10 minute grace period for your appointment, if you arrive late, we will still end at the scheduled time. If you were to no-show, you will have the opportunity to reschedule your appointment one time. After this single reschedule is redeemed, there will be no opportunities to reschedule once more and you must purchase/book again if you’d like to receive the said service.

Party/Event/Workshop/Speaking Bookings: Any and all types of events listed (parties, events, workshops, speaking opportunities) must be scheduled in advance with a 50% deposit paid to be written into the calendar and for the remaining 50% to be paid the day before the party/event. With any cancellations of the event/party before the 2nd payment, the deposit will not be refunded, but the 2nd payment will not be requested. With any cancellations of the event/party after the 2nd payment, the 2nd payment will not be refunded. 

If the party/event location is more than an hour away from N. Austin, a fee of $20 (each hour of traveling) will be added to compensate gas and additional traveling time.

Recordings: You may not share or record without the consent of heyurpsychic or Zamira. You may request to record your session to be available on your own local computer. Heyurpsychic has the right to record sessions, but they will never be shared without your consent. In the case of YouTube readings, your recording link will be deleted after 1 month.

Intellectual Property: In the case of business and content collaborations, mentorships, workshops, courses, speaking opportunities, and anywhere intellectual property is shared, you may not utilize this information for content (without permission and credit from heyurpsychic Zamira), commercial or business use.

Your Personal Information: Upon clicking “agree” to the terms and conditions before booking a session, you allow heyurpsychic, Zamira to share information about your session while keeping your anonymity. Your real name will never be revealed, however session themes, details, visions, psychic information may be shared. 

By reading and/or purchasing and/or booking on heyurpsychic.com you are acknowledging final decisions and actions are the sole responsibility of the client. You understand that intuitive guidance is not for diagnosing health issues, such as illness or pregnancy. Intuitive guidance does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. None of the services provided are a substitute for medical treatment, psychological diagnosis and treatment. Heyurpsychic Zamira does not diagnose conditions, perform medical treatment, prescribe substances or interfere with any treatment from a licensed medical professional.

By reading or clicking “agree” to the terms and conditions before booking a session or by purchasing items (virtual or non-virtual) from the website, I acknowledge and I understand to agree to the following: 

• I am mentally competent and requested the service of the practitioner.

• I understand that all modalities, treatments, and readings will not be used to replace conventional medical practices, diagnosis, treatment and psychological or professional counseling, therapy, or treatment. 

• All information received by me is my complete responsibility.

• I am seeking services of my own free will to inspire my own transformation. I understand that any information received during a session may invoke memories, feelings or thoughts that might be difficult for me to receive. I understand that energy medicine may affect certain body functions and experiences as a result of shifting energy within the body. I agree that this is a natural occurrence. I consent to the services provided. 

• I am responsible for all liability, for loss or injury incurred while in association with heyurpsychic, Zamira while I am receiving any and all services.

• On behalf of myself, my heirs, guardians and legal representatives I hereby release, waive, discharge and relinquish any claims that may arise against heyurpsychic, Zamira and volunteers/employees at heyurpsychic as a result of my voluntary participation in the session.

• I am aware this is a waiver and release of potential liability between myself and heyurpsychic, Zamira. I have carefully read this agreement and fully understand this contract is binding and acknowledge I am participating in this service and agreement of my own free will. In the event that any of the above provisions shall be found unenforceable, this shall not make this waiver void, and that any other provisions shall remain in full force and effect, even if one of the provisions is found to be unenforceable. 

• I expressively waive any rights to charge-back my purchase. In the event that I violate these payment terms, I agree to promptly submit to practitioner “heyurpsychic” “Zamira Soza” the full original payment amount plus an additional 25% fee within 48 hours of the charge-back occurring. I acknowledge that this is a material condition of the policies and is intended to protect the interests of the practitioner. I further understand that failure to adhere to these payment terms and the subsequent charge-back waiver may result in legal action to recover the full amount owed, including additional fees mentioned in the policy. These provisions are legally binding.
